If something goes wrong, we always strive to help, often even when our guarantee doesn’t cover it. While we may not be able to guarantee that your Puppy will never have a health problem, we guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!

We do not believe your pet is replaceable, but that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of the death of a Puppy within two years from its birth due to genetics, or if the pet is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within two years) which adversely affects the health of your Puppy, we will replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

In the event of a pet’s death due to genetics after ten years of birth, we will issue a credit in the amount of 70% of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement Puppy of equivalent value. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

What We Need From You

Nothing delights us more than knowing we could bring you a healthy, happy Puppy. We seek your help to ensure your puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:

Please send us a copy of the examination (medical record) within two business days of receiving your pet. A licensed veterinarian must perform the examination. Your pet will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving it.

Your pet’s daily healthcare and maintenance, including all the recommended immunisations and examinations.

While we deworm and vaccinate your pet until the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper deworming and conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as the veterinarian recommends).

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR GUARANTEE

We cannot guarantee the disposition, temperament, conformation, size, weight, colour, markings, or breeding ability of your new pet.

No replacements will be given if the breeds known to be prone to hip dysplasia are overweight.

Failure to provide your Puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

We require all our Puppies to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by our licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our Puppies. This report certifies the health condition for every Puppy against Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal diseases.

This health report will be filled out on the date of shipping the Puppy to you so that you are assured that the Puppy’s health is guaranteed. This report is then reviewed for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the Puppy then he/she will not be shipped to you. We also require you to get your Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the Puppy. Thanks for your cooperation.
